The column named "starting stars" keeps track of how many war stars each member had at the start of the current trophy season.
We divide the roster into "the mentors" and "the mentored" only to tell new clan members who can best answer questions. We are all students of the game who continue to learn from each other.
We also have accounts that are "taking a break". These are either previously active clan members who are taking a break from war, or currently inactive secondary accounts of players from the Big Clan.

This roster does not include members of Nova Oz FC who visit briefly to help this trainer clan fulfill its mission of sharing examples, mentoring, having fun wars, and donating helpful troops.
Please note that our clan plays the game in many time zones, which means it can be tricky to truly claim a target during clan wars. A polite request of "please save target 8 for me" might unintentionally turn into a source of frustration a few hours later if at that time a teammate also has no other reasonable first target.
Go ahead and make those requests! We want to try to make everyone happy. Everyone is understanding when these requests cannot be honored. Thanks for being such a friendly clan!
Also, realize that as a member of a trainer clan, your profile's count of new war stars earned won't hold you back. Some players do struggle to earn enough stars in their profile to gain entry into a established and successful war clan. Our clan members can relax without this worry! So if you request a target before going to bed, and in the morning discover it could not be saved for you, consider attacking it anyway for the practice and bonus war loot. You will not increase your new stars earned, but that will not hold you back from enjoying the game.
