Clan Leadership Roles

A healthy clan uses several roles.  These roles can be done by one person, or can be delegated among several people.

Recruitment - A healthy clan needs a Chatelaine (French for "keeper of the keys") to oversee recruitment in the Supercell forum and global chat, help new recruits, and kick out recruits that do not meet clan standards

War - a healthy clan needs a General to double-check green/red shields, to use clear communication to include the right people in war, to start the war search, and to encourage people to use the in-game interface to claim targets and leave scouting comments.

Rules and Tone - a healthy clan needs a CEO to set the tone for the clan, to create the clan rules, and to dole out thanks/consequences to members when rules are followed or not

Big Picture Mentoring - a healthy clan needs a Head Teacher to make sure enough mentoring is happening, to help clan members learn to mentor each other better, to use the clan website to teach people the clan expectations and some in-game strategies/tactics, and to do the mentoring for difficult people as one last try before they get kicked out

Detail Mentoring - a healthy clan needs a Coach to walk people through how to do a new style of attack, how to improve troop placement or timing, and details of using troops for the distinct purposes for scouting, wallbreaking, luring, tanking, and DPS

Calm Grandparent - a healthy clan needs a Wise Elder who is trusted and respectable to yell "settle down" when conversations in clan chat get heated or rowdy .
